After more than two decades of teaching, we realized something important: if we want to create more dancers, we need to help create more successful dance instructors.
Today, we help dance instructors turn their passion into sustainable businesses by teaching them how to attract more students, increase retention, build profitable programs, use technology and AI, and create communities where people want to belong.
Because when dance instructors succeed, more people dance.
